The On-Farm Climate Action Fund, an innovative program designed to help farmers embrace sustainable practices, aims to support producers in knowledge transfer and purchasing of select inputs, materials and equipment for three Beneficial Management Practices: Nitrogen Management, Cover Cropping and Rotational Grazing.

To learn more about how the OFCAF program has directly affected the funding recipients, Perennia is visiting producers on-farm across Nova Scotia to learn about their farming processes, how they used the funding through OFCAF to support and grow their operation and how the OFCAF program has changed their operation for the better.
