Funding
On-Farm Climate Action Fund (OFCAF) project funding is available for eligible farmers who adopt and implement beneficial management practices (BMPs) for nitrogen management, cover cropping, and rotational grazing.
Up to 75% of the total project cost is available for eligible farmers, co-operatives, and non-profit organizations such as agricultural industry associations.
For farms and co-operatives, the maximum funding available per applicant over the course of the program, which ends March 31, 2025, is based on gross farm revenue.

The maximum funding available to non-profit agricultural industry associations and community pastures is $75,000.
